HiFi Dystopian Beat-Tape is potentially my most profound and authentic work to date. I feel kind of naked of releasing it, but at the same time, I felt like I needed to share it, since it mght be my best work to date.

But it's dark. Real dark, yet somewhat hopeful. Sometimes nostalgic, sometimes violent.

Since my concussion, I went through a whole spectrum of emotions and music was the only way I was able to express those. It's very personal album in that sense.

I called it HiFi, because I don't feel LoFi cuts it this time. First, it's far away from the soft beat to relax that LoFi hip hop usually is, but mostly because it's not produced on a cheap Roland sampler. Oh no. it's a real work of HiFi.

The beats were produced at 192 kHz, 64 bit summing. Why? Because I felt that way. I could hit the drum hard and they would stay pristine. If you download the wav, you will get a 24 bit / 96 kHz master.

That's how I felt like. That's the sound I recognized myself in.
